I'm glad you're here!
As a therapist, I believe you are more than the challenges you are facing. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I strive to understand the whole person - your story, relationships, strengths, values, and the patterns that have shaped the way you move through the world.
Symptoms often tell us that something needs attention, but they rarely tell the whole story.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, low self-worth, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can provide a space to slow down, better understand yourself, and create meaningful change.
I believe every person has an innate capacity for healing and growth. Often, the qualities we need most - compassion, resilience, courage, wisdom, and connection - are already within us, but can become difficult to access after painful experiences or seasons of stress.
Therapy is not about changing who you are. It is about reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have felt lost, hidden, or overshadowed along the way. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, genuine, collaborative, and nonjudgemental- where your experiences are honored and you can move toward greater connection, authenticity, and fulfillment.
I provide therapy for adults seeking deeper self-understanding, healing from past experiences, and more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
