A little about me

Before I am a therapist, I am a human being.I believe therapy is,

at its core, a deeply human experience. Sitting with someone in the most

vulnerable parts of their story is a privilege, and I never take that

responsibility lightly.I also believe that growth is a lifelong process, and I

am a work in progress too. I value doing my own work through therapy, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, movement, reflection, and meaningful connection. I believe that doing my own work allows me to show up with greater presence, compassion, curiosity and authenticity for my clients.

Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. My approach is collaborative, genuine, and rooted in curiosity. My hope is that you feel comfortable showing up as your whole self- not the polished version, not the version you think you’re “supposed” to be, but the real you. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can exhale. A place where you feel safe enough to be honest, explore the parts of yourself that may feel complicated, understand your experiences more deeply, and figure out what you want your life to look and feel like. No judgment, no pressure to have all the answers, and no expectation that healing has to happen in a perfectly straight line.

And the human behind the therapist…

Outside of the therapy room, I love good conversations and getting to know people. Basically, part-time therapist, full time yapper.

I’m happiest when I’m outside, exploring somewhere new, or in good company. I love hiking, camping, playing pickleball, traveling, trying new restaurants and coffee shops. I’m also a wife, a mom, and a very proud dog mom (a Doberman for those of my fellow dog lovers). I value connection, laughter, curiosity, and not taking life too seriously.

I think that being human alongside my clients is one of the most meaningful parts of this work.
